The whole world is living in an unprecedented situation. It is true that uncertainty, coupled with the imposed restrictions, make the daily life of many of us difficult. What is needed at this moment is patience and faithful adherence to the recommendations and guidelines of health professionals.

Below you will find the measures of health & safety we are ready to implement to ensure the health and safety of both our guests and our staff.  Our goal is to make your holidays at Ionian Trilogy Luxury Villas  not only unforgettable but also safe:

• All of our villas are private, independent buildings with separate, personal entrances. There are no shared spaces, and no physical contact with other tenants is possible.
• The swimming pools, outdoor spaces, and all facilities on the property are private and exclusively available to our guests. Daily maintenance of the pool and disinfection will be carried out by certified professionals.
• Continuous monitoring and strict implementation of the guidelines issued by the Greek National Public Health Organization.
•  Karcher steamer is used to clean & disinfect all soft surfaces (beds, pillows, sofa & baby cotts).
• Staff training on a daily basis and systematic monitoring for strict adherence to guidelines.
• Option for pre-arrival check-in
• Hand sanitizers available in all public areas.
• Strict room cleaning and disinfection protocols before each new arrival.
• Provision of surgical masks and gloves to staff and guests where and when necessary based on the instructions of the Hellenic National Health Organization.
• Effective housekeeping practices are immediate and adjusted according to your needs and requests. You can adjust the frequency of cleaning and request specific cleaning products (e.g. eco-friendly, hypoallergenic).
• Our cleaning team is closely monitored, and we take extra care in following all necessary safety measures as regards disease spread prevention. We want to protect the health of both our team members and our guests.
